Serenity Valley Proprietor
Regina is an accomplished business woman who has started and managed a series of businesses within the St. Louis area. She is noted for the setup and the first five years operation of the St. Louis DHL international document freight hub. She has participated in many volunteer activities and contributed to a variety of charities during the last 20 years. Regina has roots in the St. Charles, Missouri community and is a Mizzou alumni. The Rupperts' daughter lives in nearby Columbia and works for the University of Missouri.
